Verification is handled via Veriff, a trusted external provider. Grenddo only receives confirmation of 18+, not your personal data. This process is additionally monitored by a digital advisor from within the sex worker community.
Alternatively, you can have your age verified physically by a community panel or partner organization.
When you generate income via Grenddo, European DAC7 rules require us to report your turnover to the Tax Authority if you earn more than €2,000 or have more than 30 transactions per year.
This requires a second verification, which can also take place physically at a Grenddo location.
During this step we ask for additional details, such as your name and IBAN. This information is not stored digitally but may be kept physically at a notary’s office in cooperation with Grenddo.
The documents are stored in a secure vault and are not accessible to third parties or government institutions without legal grounds.
We don’t believe in “unhackable” systems — we believe in a system that offers nothing to take.
